Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Warrington contact centre. The role is full time (37.5 hours/week) starting 02/11/2026, based at Stanford House Birchwood WA3 7TH. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

Expect to be a great listener and fluent talker who can explain products and fix customer problems. You’ll join a lively team with training, targets, and uncapped commission, plus generous benefits and flexible leave

• Outgoing, full of energy and loves talking to people.
• Great listener and fluent talker able to engage customers.
• Experience in retail or hospitality welcomed.
• Ability to explain EE phone and broadband deals clearly.
