Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Warrington contact centre. You’ll join a lively team, handling incoming calls from EE customers to identify the best phone and broadband deals and guiding customers through EE products.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with on-site work at Stanford House Warrington area. You should be outgoing, a strong listener and fluent talker, comfortable hitting targets, and excited by the chance to earn through uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and people-focused.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• You listen well and can match customer needs to products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
