HelloFresh is seeking a high-performing Supply Chain Operations professional to own inbound operations, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You will drive timely ingredient receipt, optimise processes and deliver cross-functional efficiencies.

You will analyse data, manage supplier relationships, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, planning and finance to support cost control and continuous improvement. Weekend work may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Operations or similar role.
• Resilient and capable under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound operations to ensure timely ingredient receipt.
• Optimise processes and drive cross-functional efficiencies.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyse data to generate recommendations and drive improvements.
• Oversee weekly ordering and forecasting, mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Finance and Marketing.
