• Experience managing high volumes of inbound calls, ideally 60–100 per day.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Manage inbound inbox and reply in a timely manner.
• Answer high volume of customer service and sales calls.
• Ensure high level of service provided to customers.
• Accurate data entry following customer conversations.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and timeliness.
