Overview

Salary: £24-27K (Realistic OTE of £60K)

Location: Sale, Cheshire

Start Date: 2nd December 2019

Job Purpose

This is an amazing inbound sales opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved. All leads will be qualified before being sent over and there is no outbound calling.

Responsibilities
  • To convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
  • To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
  • To provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
  • To use all data to maximise sales
  • To provide the client with the best possible advice
  • To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
  • To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
  • To ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business
  • To deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner
  • To give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
  • To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Deal with any client queries as required
  • To ensure computer records are kept up to date
  • To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
