• We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of Virgin media/O2!
• Hourly rate of £12.25
• Monthly bonus earning opportunities!
• Hybrid model– A mix of days on site based in Newcastle City Centre & the comfort of your own home.
• Full time permanent position- Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday.

As an advisor with Virgin Media/O2, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from Virgin Media/O2 Mobile customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as tech issues, payments, billing, customer complaints & aim to drive sales through great service.
