Overview

Inbound Sales Advisor - Warm Leads Only!

Location: Andover, Hampshire (Hybrid - up to 3 days WFH per week based on performance)

Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £45,000 (uncapped) - top performers hit £75,000+

Hours: Mon-Fri (4x 9am-5pm, 1x 12pm-8pm) + 1 Sat/month (day off in lieu)

Your Day-to-Day

• Call customers who\'ve submitted an online enquiry (they\'re ready to talk).
• Build instant rapport and find out what they need.
• Confidently explain options, answer questions, and guide them to a decision.
• Close the sale and hit (or smash) your targets.
• Keep your pipeline tidy and your follow-ups on point.
