The quality team leader plays a crucial role in our operations, providing leadership and driving impact within the quality team. You will oversee daily quality operations and ensure the team performs at its best.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality control within our warehouse, from supplier deliveries to customer returns and repairs within SLA’s.
- Develop, implement, and uphold quality control procedures and processes from quality checking to recalls.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits.
- Identify quality issues and communicate with the wider business for corrective actions.
- Analyse quality data to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team of quality associates.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities.
- Oversee and manage quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Update and maintain daily reports and logs to monitor quality metrics, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of associates daily, emphasising quality at all times.
- Ensure the team meets agreed KPIs by monitoring workflow and productivity, making necessary adjustments to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and oversee the team’s time, attendance, performance, development, and well‑being.
- Manage a team of direct reports effectively.
- Lead training and development initiatives, coaching team members to achieve required competencies.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols and quality standards.
- Be a role model for the Monica Vinader aims and values at all times.

- Demonstrated success in managing and implementing quality processes effectively.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and recommend actionable insights.
