Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation.

NWF Fuels are recruiting a Inbound Sales Executive to join our well‑established, high performing, fast paced team, based in Ripon Nr Harrogate. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for inbound sales serving the heating oil market from existing and new customers and will ensure all key questions are asked to establish customer requirements, details are recorded accurately and in‑line with company expectations.

Day to Day
  • Communicating with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Managing Inbound Inbox, replying in a timely manner
  • Answering a high volume of inbound Customer Service / Sales calls
  • Ensuring a high level of Service provided to our customers
  • Accurate Data entry following conversations with customers
  • Ensuring all Data entered in CRM is accurate and up to date
About You…
  • Comfortable handling inbound customer service and sales calls
  • Friendly confident Telephone Manner
  • Experience answering large volumes of calls (60 – 100 per day)
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Strong Relationship Building skills
