A leading insurance and financial services company in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Expert to deliver exceptional service and support in a dynamic role. You will need excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, along with the ability to learn quickly. The position offers a salary starting from £25,400, flexible working patterns, and numerous benefits including a generous pension scheme and bonuses tied to performance.
Customer Service Expert - Starting salary between £25,400 – £29,028 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience)
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract
Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday
