Job summary

A prominent drug discovery organization in Quorn is seeking an In Vivo Scientist for a full-time, onsite position. This role involves planning and executing in-vivo experiments, managing day-to-day laboratory activities, and ensuring compliance with protocols. The ideal candidate will have a BSc/MSc in a relevant field and experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment. Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology).
  • PIL A & B required; PIL C desirable.
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical company, biotech, or CRO desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in‑vivo experiments independently.
  • Manage day‑to‑day laboratory activities.
  • Use and perform relevant equipment and procedures safely.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of scientific and technical developments.
