Job summary

Superdry PLC in London is seeking an Operations Assistant within the UK & Ireland Retail division. You will work in the Operations team to ensure smooth running of stockroom, deliveries, and store processes, bringing energy and authenticity to drive store performance.

On the sales floor you will interact with customers, replenish stock, and coordinate with the visual merchandising team. You should be a team player, confident, detail–oriented, and ready to contribute fresh ideas while staying

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and stockroom management.
• Able to handle deliveries and store replenishment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Passion for fashion and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing deliveries on a daily basis.
• Shopfloor replenishment working closely with the visual merchandising team.
• Working closely with RFID to ensure the floor is properly replenished; assisting the leadership team in a busy environment.
• Customer interaction is part of the role due to being on the salesfloor.
• Attention to detail is key, organisational skills and a passion for fashion
