  • Plan merchandising strategies to achieve launch dates.
  • Analyze sales data to anticipate product needs.

Job description
The Role
  • Work with Assistant Manager & Supply Chain to ensure the product flow/placement achieves maximum sales.
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies to hit launch dates and balance company’s objectives
  • Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
  • Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Produce layout plans and maintain store stock and inventory.
  • Produce weekly trade reports to share with wider business.
  • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
  • Work with Megastore salesfloor team to develop store standards through training guides and guidance on launch projects.
