Job summary

Domino’s stores in the United Kingdom are hiring an Instore Team Member to join a fast-paced team, making pizzas and serving customers with a smile.

You’ll learn all aspects of store operations through full training, with flexible hours, opportunities to progress, and staff discounts.

No prior experience required; excellent communication and teamwork are valued, and you will help maintain high hygiene and service standards.

• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends

The Role:

As an Instore Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store, making delicious pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, learning new skills and supporting all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events)
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great customer service - No previous experience required - full training and induction provided
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
