Job summary

Domino’s is hiring an Instore Team Member to be at the heart of our store, crafting pizzas and ensuring every customer leaves happy. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced team, learn new skills, and support all aspects of store operations.

No prior experience required as full training and induction are provided. You’ll work across shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts on delicious food.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Right to work for the store location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and side items to Domino’s high standards.
• Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties.
• Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events).
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
