Qualifications

• Supervised ECG phlebotomy training and basic life support completion within six months.
• Ability to interact sensitively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment diary for clinic services.
• Prepare for patient appointments and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Take venous blood samples according to UK guidelines.
• Prepare samples for collection and manage delays.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy leadership.
• Maintain adequate stock of required materials.
