Job summary

The JobsBoard in Worcester Park Estate is seeking a friendly Style Advisor to deliver a first-class in-store experience. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and offer styling options to build outfits around daywear, work wear, or wedding wear.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay up to date with latest styles, support visual merchandising, operate the POS, and help with day-to-day store tasks to drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role is essential.
• Ability to listen to customers and provide styling options.
• Willingness to work on a rota basis and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and sell in a professional, consultative manner to build multiple sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand and drive store performance.
• Operate the electronic POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Support in day-to-day store tasks to promote the brand and products.
