Job summary

B&Q Dartford is hiring a Customer Advisor for full/part-time roles at 30 hours per week. The role involves helping customers, stocking and display setup, and basic product guidance. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 6:00am–10:00pm, with a location-based annualized location allowance noted in pay. The successful candidate will be friendly, proactive and enjoy working in a team, with weekends/evenings/bank holidays on the rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and helpful attitude essential.
• Willingness to learn and use new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and product information.
• Support stock management, displays and store presentation.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber cutting during training.
