Hours: 36 hours over 6 days

  • Monday - Day Off
  • Tuesday - 05:00 - 11:30
  • Wednesday - 05:00 - 11:30
  • Thursday - 05:00 - 11:30
  • Friday - 05:00 - 11:30
  • Saturday - 05:00 - 11:30

We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you'll be on top of monitoring and managing this - not just for yourself, but for all others on site. That might sound a bit daunting, but don't worry - we'll provide you with all the equipment and support you need.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise cleaning team and ensure high-quality service in a retail environment.
  • Attend to cleaning tasks personally as required.
  • Assist with recruiting and training the Cleaning team.
  • Plan rotas and work patterns; manage timesheets for accurate pay.
  • Maintain health & safety standards on site.
  • Manage stock and time recording; address employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinaries, performance management) as needed.
