Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a part-time in-store cleaner for Sainsbury's Shorehead, Huddersfield. The role is fixed-term until April 2027, offering 18 hours per week at £12.71 per hour. Immediate start and varied shifts including evenings and weekends are available.

Training is provided, with opportunities to increase hours via overtime. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
• Mop, vacuum, wipe and sweep to keep stores clean and safe.
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or canopy areas as required across Sainsbury’s stores.
• Assist with in-store cleaning outside of stores such as trolley bays; maintain cleanliness and safety as per procedures.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
