Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant – In Room Dining to join our Food & Beverage team in London. The role is on a casual basis, focused on delivering five-star In Room Dining service to guests, with a welcoming and energetic team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining stocked service areas, taking In Room Dining orders by phone, entering orders into Simphony POS, and using Opera PMS for information and reports.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in food and beverage service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the service area is stocked for each service period and maintain cleanliness.
• Take In Room Dining orders via phone in line with SOP.
• Post orders correctly in Simphony POS as per SOP.
• Use Opera PMS to access necessary information/reports.
