Job summary

Harley Therapy is seeking experienced in-person psychotherapists and psychologists to join its UK platform. You will provide in-person therapy from a private practice in towns or cities across the UK and gain access to client referrals and a full practice-management system.

We prioritise practitioners with accreditation (BACP/UKCP or equivalent), indemnity insurance, ongoing supervision, and a quiet, professional room. No upfront fees; commission-based model for sessions.

Qualifications

• Fully-qualified and registered with a UK counselling/psychotherapy body (e.g., BACP, UKCP)
• Have valid professional indemnity insurance
• Undertake ongoing supervision
• Have a quiet, professional room for in-person and online sessions
• Committed to high professional standards and delivering quality therapeutic care
• Offer in-person therapy in a town or city in the UK

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy sessions in private practice across the UK
• Join Harley Therapy Platform to access client referrals and marketing support
• Manage own caseload while benefiting from scheduling and payments infrastructure
