Rebellion seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Talent Team at our riverside Oxford HQ. You will own the full 360 recruitment cycle—from creating role adverts to onboarding preparations—building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Workable is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the TA Lead, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of candidates via job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct pre-screen calls to assess skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback throughout the process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote Rebellion as an employer of choice.
• Oversee ATS records and recruitment admin, documenting policies accurately.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to support improvement.
• Attend recruitment events and represent Rebellion with professionalism.
