Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a FTSE 100 organisation to appoint an In-House Solicitor specialising in residential development and affordable housing to join its established Legal Team in Exeter.

You will advise on a varied portfolio of property matters, support internal stakeholders, and contribute to a pragmatic, commercially focused legal service across planning, infrastructure and disposals.

Qualifications

Strong property background
Experience in residential development, affordable housing or property

Responsibilities

Advising on residential development and affordable housing transactions
Advising on affordable housing sales and transactions involving Registered Providers
Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
Advising on infrastructure agreements
Undertaking property due diligence and reporting on title
Advising on land and property disposals
Supporting investor sales and wider residential development transactions
Providing advice on planning and infrastructure matters
Working closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Managing a varied caseload and supporting the wider Legal Team on property matters
