This is a great opportunity for a 2+ PQE solicitor with a contentious or regulatory background who is looking to move in-house or develop in-house experience within a broad, commercially focused role.

The role covers advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, disputes, regulatory enforcement, property and environmental law, and

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor with around 2+ years' PQE.
• Experience in contentious or regulatory background.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Advising on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Managing commercial, customer and property disputes, litigation and enforcement.
• Supporting regulatory enforcement and prosecution activity.
• Advising on property, land, access and asset-related matters.
• Supporting environmental and regulatory issues.
• Instructing and managing external legal advisers.
• Preparing cases relating to statutory rights and powers.
• Providing legal input on customer and third-party complaints.
• Legal research, drafting and negotiation.
• Supporting legal and regulatory horizon scanning.
• Supervising and mentoring junior legal professionals.
