  • Actively manage contracts, ensuring alignment with forecasts, monitoring balances, and overseeing snowball management to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and issue customer pricing and quotations through the Sales Cockpit system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with financial queries, including overdue invoices, and manage credit and debit note requests in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate sample requests, liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
  • Log, track, and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in line with company procedures.
  • Manage a small portfolio of customers independently, handling all aspects from price negotiation and contract entry to being the primary point of contact for queries and support.
About you

  • Available to work for a 1-year fixed term contract period.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and procedures, with the ability to support an organization’s sales plan effectively.

  • Ability to provide specialized support to customers as required.
  • Comfortable using IT systems; experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Capable of contributing effectively to both the customer support function and the wider sales team.
In return AAK offers
  • 25 days of holiday based on full-time employment plus bank holidays.
  • Ride2Work scheme for a cost-effective, eco-friendly commute.
  • Join a pioneering company in specialty oils and fats, driving innovation and sustainability.
