A leading company in specialty oils is looking for an In-House Sales Support in Hull. This role engages with customers, assisting Account Managers and driving operational excellence. You will handle sales administration, manage customer accounts, and ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 2-3 years' experience, possess strong communication skills, and a good understanding of sales processes. In-House Sales Support – fixedterm contract

We operate the UK’s largest refinery for edible oils and fats at our King George Dock site, and supplying ingredients and finished products to businesses in the food manufacturing, baking, foodservice, and retail sectors. This position is based on site in Hull
As an In-House Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in assisting our Industrial Sales Account Managers and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our customers. You’ll handle day-to-day sales administration, queries and requests from customers and account managers, and for this there will be a need to liaise and communicate between other internal departments. With strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, you’ll help deliver exceptional service and operational excellence, contributing to customer satisfaction and the continued success of our business.
