Remote with regular travel to the Bristol office (BS20).

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational roles across the UK & Ireland, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for operational and site‑based roles across UK and Ireland
  • Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements, confirm approvals, and develop sourcing strategies
  • Write and post engaging job adverts across internal and external platforms
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Support managers in conducting interviews, providing guidance on best practice and compliance
  • Develop relationships with local colleges, schools, and universities to build early talent pipelines
  • Manage the offer process in partnership with HR and onboarding teams
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume recruitment campaigns for operational and industrial roles.
  • Strong expertise in candidate attraction, proactive sourcing, and talent pipelining.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
