Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail when analysing and drafting contracts.
  • Experience advising on GDPR, commercial contracts, and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage contractual arrangements for global projects.
  • Give advice on legal risk management policies.
  • Undertake claims administration and debt recovery work.
