Talent Guardian is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team in Worcester. You will work across packaging, marketing materials and digital content for family brands, collaborating with product, marketing and licensing teams to bring ideas to life.

We’re looking for a portfolio that demonstrates branding, packaging and digital design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. This role offers a path to grow within a vibrant FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing branding, packaging and digital design work.
• Experience on packaging or licensed brands is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support design projects from concept to final artwork.
• Create packaging, marketing materials and digital content.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and licensing teams.
• Assist Brand Managers in crafting visuals that tell stories.
• Adapt designs for print and digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital use and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high creative standards across all work.
