Job summary

A global technology recruitment firm is looking for an In-House HubSpot Specialist to manage the HubSpot platform, ensuring it supports marketing, sales, and customer service effectively. Responsibilities include owning CRM operations, designing automation, managing data integrity, and training internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of HubSpot experience and strong analytical skills. This role will last for 13/14 months to cover maternity leave.

My client, a global leader in their field are recruiting for an In-House HubSpot Specialist for a period of 13/14 months to cover maternity leave.

As In-house HubSpot specialist, you will act as the internal expert and owner of the HubSpot platform, ensuring it effectively supports marketing, sales, and customer service teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management & Administration: Owning the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM across all relevant hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations).
  • Workflow Automation: Designing, building, and optimising automated workflows, sequences, custom objects, properties, and automation logic to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Data Management & Governance: Ensuring data integrity through regular cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and standardisation processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
  • Implementation & Optimisation: Translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, managing integrations with third‑party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, APIs), and monitoring new HubSpot features for implementation.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, analyse ROI, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Training & Support: Acting as the go‑to expert within the business, providing ongoing training, support, and documentation to internal teams to drive user adoption and best practices.
  • Campaign Execution: Supporting marketing and sales efforts by building landing pages, forms, emails, and managing lead scoring and lifecycle stages.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven hands‑on experience in a HubSpot or CRM‑focused role, ideally 2‑3+ years.
  • Deep technical expertise in configuring and customising HubSpot across various hubs.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
