Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Group Tax Manager to own tax compliance, reporting and governance across a multi-entity UK group. The role sits in a hybrid structure with regular attendance at the Sheffield support centre and occasional travel to other locations.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Property and Legal to strengthen internal tax ownership. The successful candidate will hold ACA/ACCA/CTA credentials and bring strong UK corporate tax experience, tax accounting, and the ability to

• Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA.
• Strong UK corporate tax experience.
• Experience with tax accounting and disclosures.
• Experience managing tax compliance deadlines.
• Ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax specialists.
• Stakeholder relationship building across functions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit corporation tax computations and returns.
• Manage corporation tax payments, forecasting, and cash tax reporting.
• Prepare current and deferred tax calculations and statutory disclosures.
• Oversee employment tax compliance and PAYE guidance.
• Maintain group tax compliance calendar and deadlines.
• Liaise with HMRC and respond to tax enquiries.
• Provide practical tax advice to Finance, HR, Property, Legal and others.
• Support transactions, property activity and restructurings from a tax view.
• Oversee VAT and other indirect taxes.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen tax governance.
