Arriva in the UK invites graduates to join a two-year Trainee Solicitor Graduate Programme in Sunderland, operating on a hybrid basis with three days per week in the office.

You will rotate within the in-house Legal team, gaining hands-on experience across diverse legal specialisms while supervised by qualified solicitors, and work toward qualification as a solicitor of England and Wales.

Competenze

• On track to achieve a degree (2:1 preferred)
• Passes SQE1 and SQE2 before programme starts
• Right to work in the UK permanently
• Availability to join in September 2027
• Willingness to travel as part of the programme

Mansioni

• Complete structured placements across Arriva's legal function.
• Assist on a range of legal matters supervised by solicitors.
• Work to achieve Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) under SQE route.
• Attend supervision sessions and progress reviews to track development.
• Participate in a structured learning programme covering legal skills and ethics.
