Family run property business with various sites across Hull are looking to appoint additional in house counsel on a part time basis. The different businesses consist of serviced offices, shop and industrial unit lets, student accommodation and private lets. The group frequently deal with commercial property acquisitions and extensive new developments.

It is expected that you will be able to advise on commercial leases (this is essential), general commercial agreements, loan agreements and be able to take a view on litigation. Some awareness of residential conveyancing matters would be helpful.
