• Must have current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont.
• Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Must have at least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, tests, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients.
