Empowering U is recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support children and adults with complex needs in their own homes in Stafford (ST19). Roles include live-in assignments with a 4 on, 4 off pattern, possibly with adapted vehicles for outings. Requires at least 6 months UK care experience, DBS clearance, and strong English communication.

Pay is £143.13 per day (£133.13 base + £10 daily food allowance). Company offers progression opportunities and funded training as part of a broader benefits

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience
• Complex Care Experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Enhanced DBS required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and drinking
• Support with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers
• Assist with medication administration, nebulisers, and seizure management where required
• Support daily living tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping
• Encourage independence, companionship, and community engagement
• Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal teams
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
