Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking caring individuals to support older adults in their own homes. You will assist with medication, meal prep, shopping, cleaning and personal care. Full induction training is provided, and experience is not essential.

Roles are offered on part- or full-time hours with calls between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. We provide competitive rates of pay, mileage allowance, free uniform and DBS checks, plus opportunities for further training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Assisting with medication administration
• Preparing meals and helping with feeding
• Shopping for groceries and managing errands
• Cleaning and maintaining a clean home environment
• Providing personal care support as required

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care for older adults in their own homes.
• Support clients with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
