Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Care Assistant - Driver with Own Vehicle to visit clients in Clitheroe and surrounding areas, providing person-centred care in clients' homes. This role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work, with a pay rate of £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) plus 30p per mile.

The position supports complex care and end-of-life needs. Flexibility is required as shifts run 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• The right to work in the UK without needing employer support.
• Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
• Experience in care is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Visit vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with medication management as required.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Travel between client visits and work solo or in a 2-person team as needed.
