Job summary

Royal Liverpool Philharmonic is seeking an Operations Manager for its In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Programmes. You will lead project delivery, oversee administrative and operational processes, and provide pastoral management to programme teams and participants.

You will ensure successful delivery of all programmes, maximise positive impact for participants and communities, and develop robust evidence banks to demonstrate outcomes for funders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, administration, operational processes across Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes.
• Pastoral management and support across Youth Programmes to ensure wellbeing and smooth delivery.

Job description

In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic has gone from strength to strength over the years, now working with over 1800 children across North Liverpool. As an In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic Operations Manager, you will provide exceptional management of projects, administration, operational processes and pastoral management across Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes.

You will also ensure the successful delivery of all programmes, maximising the positive impact for participants, communities and audiences, whilst creating robust evidence banks to demonstrate impacts for funders and stakeholders which inform programme design.
