Building on the success of Hinkley Point C, SZC will play a key role in delivering secure, clean energy for decades to come.
We're now seeking an experienced IMS Governance Manager to help shape and mature the Integrated Management System that underpins the project's licence, safety, quality and operational delivery. This is a high‑profile role at the heart of a major nuclear new build, offering the opportunity to support a truly next‑of‑a‑kind programme and influence business‑wide ways of working.
Working closely with SZC stakeholders and the HPC project, you will lead the governance, development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure intelligent replication of HPC's proven arrangements. You will maintain compliance with ONR requirements, international standards and internal governance, while supporting the business in embedding robust processes across engineering, construction, safety, supply chain and operations.
You will also oversee the IMS enterprise architecture and content, lead governance forums, manage audits and certifications, and champion lessons learned across both SZC and HPC.
This is a leadership position requiring strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to influence at all levels, and the confidence to act as the business's authority on IMS strategy and application.
