Overview

Are you passionate about driving change, improving services, and making a real difference in your community? Cornwall Council is looking for a dynamic Improvement and Projects Manager to join our newly formed Systems and Assurance Team. This is a pivotal role supporting strategic projects and performance initiatives that help prevent homelessness, ensure compliance, and enhance customer experience across Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing quality assurance frameworks
  • Supporting statutory compliance
  • Reducing emergency and temporary accommodation use
  • Enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction

You will work 37 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday. Flexible working is available under the CC Flexible Working Policy. You will expect to work as a hybrid of home and office as the business requires. Cornwall Council's ambition is to be an employer of choice, a high performing Council and a learning organisation.
