Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the import operation, dealing with customer, driver and warehouse issues.
• Assist the Import Manager to ensure efficiencies and standards.
• Plan jobs, build loads, and complete necessary documents.
• Interact with the team to confirm loading dates and times.
• Assign drivers to relevant planned loads.
• Complete driver run sheets and unloading lists.
• Interact daily with other managers to ensure timely turnarounds.
• Prepare files for charging and completion.
