Job description

What You Will Do:

• Ensure all shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, is prepared and managed accurately to support timely delivery.
• Maintain and validate shipment data across multiple systems, including ERP, WMS, Excel, and partner platforms, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-border clearance.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues pro actively, addressing delays, stock discrepancies, and data mismatches.
• Contribute to process improvements, enhancing documentation, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track shipment activities and provide actionable insights.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP or Syteline.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong import & export knowledge especially around documentation, tax codes and import & export documents for border control.
