WRS seeks an enthusiastic, motivated Implementation Technician to join our ever-expanding team. WRS is a leading provider of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) solutions dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations, enhance customer service and boost efficiency. We offer innovative EPOS software and hardware solutions designed to meet the unique needs of companies, primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors.

As an Implementation Technician, you will be responsible for remotely deploying, configuring, and supporting EPOS systems across various client sites. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, customer-facing professionalism, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Deployment: Remotely install and configure EPOS systems, ensuring full functionality and compliance with client requirements.
  • Software Management: Monitor and update software versions across sites, ensuring uniformity and stability.
  • Customer Support: Provide remote support during and after implementation, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Audit & Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of installations, updates, and site configurations using tools like Datto and POS Management systems.
  • Documentation: Update internal systems with site-specific details, including hosted site groups and database configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Support Desk, Development, and Project teams to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
