A leading payments provider in the United Kingdom seeks a Payments Manager to be the primary contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth payment processes and addressing any issues. The role demands at least two years of experience in a technical support role within the payments industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The company offers a competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, bonuses, and flexible working arrangements, all within a supportive remote work environment.
Zap is looking for a Payments Manager who can work with both our internal teams and our clients to unblock issues and drive growth. You’ll be friendly, analytical and outgoing - acting as a key technical resource and point of contact between Zap and key clients. This role involves technical analysis of our in‑house payment gateway, onboarding of new businesses, diagnosing issues, supporting clients, and driving operational performance.

Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between clients and Zap, engaging the necessary internal teams where appropriate and ensuring communication in both directions is open and transparent.
