We are hiring for a full‑time Senior Implementation Manager/Implementation Manager to join our team. This is a client‑facing position requiring hands‑on experience delivering SaaS platform setups, including configuration, data readiness, access provisioning, workflow enablement and go‑live preparation.
You will support clients throughout their lifecycle on Plentific by managing technical setup/implementation requests and ensuring adoption remains high. The role requires the ability to analyse client processes, identify optimisation opportunities and help in designing scalable solutions aligned with their operational goals.
The key focus will be on proactivity, cross‑collaboration, quality control of the tasks, successful project completion and execution of relevant projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organisation.
Working closely with clients in the UK, you will oversee onboarding projects as well as support internal teams on small‑scale technical integrations that drive automation and scalability.
To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, a strong communicator, and able to adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
