Job summary

A staffing solutions company is looking for a manager for their Consulting team. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services environment. They must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This role involves performance management, ensuring quality service delivery, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Candidates must also be legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to travel to the United States.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Professional Services/Consulting.
