Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durham for an Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing the execution of iCIMS' talent acquisition solutions for clients. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to gather requirements, configuring the platform according to client needs, providing training for client teams, and ensuring successful implementation. The role involves continuous client support throughout the onboarding process, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
