A software solutions provider for public services is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage software implementation for local government clients. The role involves providing consultancy services, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in software implementation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This position is based in Manchester, UK, and requires occasional travel across UK and Ireland.

The Implementation Consultant will develop an in-depth working knowledge of the Revenues and Benefits OpenRevenues solutions and associated service packages. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring implementations are delivered successfully on time and on budget, and to a high level of customer satisfaction.
The candidate's knowledge and experience will help ensure that Civica is recognised as the leading supplier in the marketplace. The Implementation Consultant will achieve this through positivity, action, professionalism, customer service, and industry knowledge.
