Qualifications

• Qualified clinician with specialization in implant dentistry and relevant clinical expertise.
• Experience in delivering implants and managing complex cases is preferred.

• Provide implant dentistry and contribute to the delivery of complex implant care in a clinically led practice.
• Collaborate with a network of clinicians within Rodericks Dental Partners to ensure smooth case flow and specialist referrals.
• Utilise digital workflows and on-site equipment (e.g., Itero scanner, IOS scanners) to support treatment planning and outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through CPD, national forums, peer learning, and mentorship.
• Participate in internal and external referral pathways to maintain consistent patient flow and high standards of care.
• Contribute to patient-centred care by providing clear information and treatment options to patients and their families.
• Protect time for complex care to ensure precision and excellent patient experience.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct, quality of care, and documentation within the practice.
