Job summary

You will support teachers and students, provide one-to-one and small-group assistance, and help learners access and understand their work within a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker or similar.
• Patient, positive and encouraging approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Genuine interest in supporting young people.
